Carrying our luggage up two flights of narrow, winding stairs was quite the challenge and could be tough for those with heavy bags.

Loved the design and interior of the hotel. Katerina was charming, providing fantastic recommendations for local eateries and sites. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chania, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. Absolutely enjoyed the peaceful ambiance at night, ensuring undisturbed sleep. The room had a lovely view over the city street with a nice patio area. Daily cleanliness was impressive, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. However, the shower was quite temperamental, fluctuating from scalding hot to freezing cold at times. Mentioned it to Katerina, who seemed surprised but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again!

Lack of elevator access makes lugging heavy bags a nightmare!!! The old building's quirks, like the awkward stair layout, could frustrate anyone, especially after a long travel day!!! Better communication about these challenges would be appreciated!!!

Our host Katerina was incredibly helpful, providing us with local dining suggestions that turned out to be excellent. The view from our room was quite nice, overlooking the lively city street filled with dining options. The room was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the lovely patio area with sun beds, perfect for relaxation.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, which became frustrating.

Wow, our stay was just incredible! The owners, Panagiotis and Katerina, went out of their way to help us book tours and suggested some fab local restaurants. The outdoor area was perfect for sipping coffee in the sun. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit tough with heavy luggage. Can't wait to return!
